from an orchestrator pipeline, I call several sub-pipelines. After all sub-pipelines have been called - only then !!, a final activity should take place.

To do so, you can have a master pipeline and in that, have execute pipeline activities to execute your sub-pipelines and then chain the final activity to the "execute pipeline activity" (dependency). To read more about chaining activities, please refer this doc.
