I am having an issue which is now driving me mad. Trying to sync my On Premise db with Azure DB.

I have double and triple checked the credentials for the DB which are definitely correct. I have double and triple check the firewall on local server has port 1433 open and I have double and triple checked that the firewall on Azure for the DB is set to allow connections from my public IP through.

I have even switched off the firewall on the local server completely and still get the same error.
