I want to integrate Map point in my application.

I have downloaded Microsoft map point 2013 and installed in my machine.

I want to add this web reference http://staging.mappoint.net/standard-30/mappoint.wsdl, to use the
map point web service. But when I add am geting below error.

Error:

There was an error downloading 'http://staging.mappoint.net/standard-30/mappoint.wsdl'.
Unable to connect to the remote server
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 207.46.164.241:80
Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved: 'http://staging.mappoint.net/standard-30/mappoint.wsdl'.
There was no endpoint listening at http://staging.mappoint.net/standard-30/mappoint.wsdl that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.
Unable to connect to the remote server
