Hi, I need some suggestion to generate the PWM using PCA9531 I2C module which helps to control the brightness of the light using Windows IoT as Operating system. Although I do create a code in python but still not able to run the for this I2C module 

Any suggestion on this will be a great help.

I search datasheet of PCA9531 2-Channel 8-bit PWM and find the following programming example on the datasheet.

For getting started, you can send values in I2C-bus column above to see if the leds work as expect. About how to use I2C on Windows IoT Core you can refer to here.

You can create and run a UWP application on Windows IoT Core for control your I2C device.
