We have implemented the dynamic security through customdata value for the orgs filtering. I need to know, if it is possible to invalidate the specific org cache (customdata) which is logged from asp.net.

Based on my understanding, I think if you set dynamic security based on user, it will check current user's credential to see whether you have permission to access data. So it will recognize  user credential instead of login tool or status.
