This started happening yesterday. No explanation give,  just the Skipped msg.

I've been unable to reproduce this (all the artifacts seem to be deploying as expected) and I'm trying to think of what might be causing this to happen suddenly for you.  Have you checked to confirm that your artifact definitions are correct?  What is your setup like?  A skipped status may suggest that the resource wasn't found (is your repository still up?).
