none of the employee can edit excel or connect to share point site or upload any file in one drive....

As per the Azure Status Page , it does not seem that there was any outage on our side on the azure side . WE also do have any service advisory for excel online or onedrive . Sharpoint has an advisory SP175429 which pertains to users not being able to use the workflows created through Sharpeoint 2010 designer. I am not sure if you are using SharePoint Designer 2010 to create any workflow which involves editing of Excel documents online. At this point we confirm that Office 365 is accessible and I tested everything in my lab environment . It seems to be working fine. the current advisory for share point online only concerns SharePoint 2010 users and not anyone using latest versions.
