I would like to ask for Best Practices on Views extracting Oracle Data to SSAS Tabular, namely:

I think you could try to use view to create tabular model, use friendly name(WK_NUM would appear as something like "Week Number" ) for column and just insert column which is useful in Tabular, this might will improve performance for model. You could refer to Analysis Services Tabular Best Practices – Part 1(part 2 and part 3's link are in the same page) for details.
