I have data which is growing fast now i wan to create additional MDF in difference location so that new data should be written in this new MDF file.

In order to ensure new data is written to the new files, you will have to create additional File Groups, add the new files to those file groups, and then move desired tables from PRIMARY Filegroup to one or more of the new Filegroups in the different location.
