We have a database in the "cloud" and it is connection to our server.  It seems to me that I get this error when the IO is slow and it causes its self to block it's own processes.  I am very new to this type of error or connection.  All help is appreciated thanks:

The error doesn't tell much about the underlying problem. Maybe your code has multiple open/close connection attempts. You might want to review your code. The following thread might help.
