To be honest, you probably don;t want a CheckBoxList at all: it is intended to allow multiple selections, where the way I read your comment:
"I'm having Five payment Modes based on the selection of payment modes i need to display the controls"
It sounds to me that you only want the controls displayed for the relevant mode (and working in two modes at the same time would normally be wrong).
