I need to update the auto-generated certificates (going to expire soon) in the workflow server. It is a separate server and is connected to a SharePoint farm ( 2 wfe, 1 app, 1 central admin server). 

Anyone knows the procedure to do that.

I need to update the first four certificates.

Do you mean you want to update the workflow manager certificates?

You need to run Set-SBCertificate to update the Service Bus Services and use Set-WFCertificate to update the Workflow Manager Services related Certificates
