This is an insane request. You can't hope to create a project that uses all these things, if you know none of them. There are tons of books that go step by step through one or a few of these technologies, but you should buy the books if you intend to make money from learning from them.

Why do you need ADO.NET if you're using EF ? You're not going to use ASP at all ( you can't in C# ), and if you're using MVC, that IS ASP.NET. So, this looks to me like a list of technologies you built almost at random.
