I don't know if you can, any more: I last saw one of those in VS2008, I think (it may have been VS2005 but I don't think so) - certainly, it is not listed in the available targets for VS2010!

It is possible that if you find a 2008 version of VS (it will have to be the full version, I don't think any Express versions supported WindowsCE at all) that it will still work.

But don't expect much support from Microsoft!
