Hi Denis,

最新版本支持Where子句中的连字符，请确保您使用的是最新版本的Azure CLI，因为仅在大约一个月前添加了可支持性。  

Hyphen in the Where clause is supported in the latest version, can you please make sure you are on the latest version of Azure CLI , since the supportability has been added only a month or so ago.
