Unfortunately for you this is the expected behaviour. The drillthrough only takes into consideration the rows, columns and filters. It does not try to parse the measure expression and re-apply any additional filters applied there.

In simple cases like your example here it probably could be made to work, but measure expressions can get a lot more complex than this bringing in multiple different subsets of rows, reaching outside of the current filters and even combining data from other tables.
