Hi,

How do you display the record from list, using a list view web part or other method?

If you are using a list view web part, you can modify the current view and set the item limit. Display items in batches of the specified size.

If you are using a Content Search web part, you can use "List with Paging" control display template to achieve pagination.

And, you can customize the pagination.
