Start with the code you wrote to turn the human readable username into a coded form: look at what algorithm / methods you used and the apply the appropriate decryption methods in reverse.

We can't do more than that: there are just too many different ways you could have encoded them. With any luck, you didn't use a one way function...

You provided only partial info, however, since you have coded them, you have all the info to get the names back. I see two options: either provide us more info in order to get better help or write the decoding function yourself.
