The pricing for a standard tier integration account is listed as $1.37 per hour.

Is it possible to use the Azure Logic Apps REST API to create an integration account on demand,
add a schema, mapping, etc. and then trigger a logic application that, say, does some EDI related
functions and then delete it with the REST API? And if that's possible, which it seems to be in theory,
my real question is what will the charge be? Will it be for one hour? If so would it be feasible/advisable
to create and create an integration account on demand (say, once a day) and process some EDI
requests in a queue and then delete the integration account?

The reason I'm asking is because having an integration account active for an entire month is
roughly $1,000.00 a month. But in reality it will only be used for at most an hour a day.

I am trying to understand if the cost is truly per hour or if this is somewhat misleading as creating and
deleting integration accounts on demand may not be possible or even if it is possible, maybe one would
be charged for the whole month.
