I Created a Web Application in Umbraco CMS. I had used Sql server as Back end for my Apllication. I want to configure it With MySql Server. how to do it. If anybodyelse knows Let me Know

You just need the Login information, databasename etc. just as you normally would if you installed Umbraco using MSSQL.

I have installed Umbraco on MySQL one time, and i worked just like when MSSQL is used.

When you come to the step in the installation where you give information about the database, you just need to shoose MySQL from the dropdown and type in the information about the database, server and user.
