my company has the sharepoint 2010 farm. the user in company has installed on workstation (windows 10 pro) the office 2016 home and business. in document library there's xlsx file that uploaded user that used the excel 2010 (office 2010). the user with excel 2016 opens this file, he works on them and when he try to save excel document in document library, the excel 2016 displays message upload pending (upload paused). in the office upload center 2016 user click on the resume upload but nothing. i noticied that when user saves document the changes on document is saved on sharepoint but the fields modified a date modiefied is not changed in the sharepoint 2010 and in the office upload center 2016 it stand message 'upload pending'. i created exceptions in antivirus (windows deffender), i created trusted location in the excel 2016 but nothing, this problem is not resolved.
