   I'm trying to implement Active Directory B2C with my MVC Web Application. I want to achieve security over SQL Server and SQL Database depends on user role and also want to connect Azure Active Directory with SQL Server. I've followed couple of reference of msdn for Azure security but not found perfect solution for that.

Can anyone please guide for achieve security over azure?

What do you mean by "achieve security"? 

Here is a really good sample for adding custom policies in B2C. https://github.com/Azure-Samples/active-directory-b2c-custom-policy-starterpack/tree/master/scenarios

And here is an excellent sample for adding RBAC so that different users have different roles as you described. https://github.com/Azure-Samples/active-directory-dotnet-webapp-roleclaims
