我正在从XML源加载数据，它之前运行正常，现在它给我以下错误，

i am loading the data from XML source,it was running fine earlier and now its giving me the below error,

coould anyone help me here.,please note that here i am generating XML file using webservices task and i am using this as source.but i dont know how to edit source column datatype,i feel here the datatype issue.
