We recently added a chat bot to our site and found that one of our pages was indexed by Google containing what appears to be responses from another bot. If you search google for "Hello! I am Jia. I can help you answer questions in areas such as:" you will see that there are a lot of sites hosting azure chat bots effected by this including a page on docs.microsoft.com (see screenshot below).
