I have some of radiobuttons and I would like to give a user ability to uncheck a radiobutton through a click on it, while it's checked. When the user decides that he does not want either option and should be allowed to click on RadioButton again to null his decision. In my case I need to use RadioButton not CheckBox.

I'm not sure I can understand your situation, what you want to do.
If you want to switch ON/OFF (True/False) of only one condition (status), please use CheckBox, instead of RadioButton.
We can make only one RadioButton True in the same group. (sorry for my poor English)

Coud you share an image of the ListView (or Form) via cloud storage such as OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.?  It will help me to understand your situation.
