How can I change MSBuild configuration not to do this step (or do it before the build is done).

Using BizTalk 2016 and Visual Studio 2015.

We passed year 2000 19 years ago. Please fix this, or we will never experience year 3000 (because we are  re-building projects all the time).

As for this issue, there seems no valid way to skip the step by changing configuration. And many user using BizTalk have met this issue.

It seems BizTalk projects updates the btproj.user file on every build, which results in a full rebuild every time. For this, I’m afraid the answer is negative.
