Even if always on flas is setted, azure closes our web apps after inactivity 20 minutes. Then it opens them when first request comes. Is it possible to avoid from this behaviour. We want our services always running and responds immediately.

Hi Mabown, since you already have "Always on" enabled for your app, we recommend  leveraging Webjobs if you have background processing. The Azure web app can call WebJobs and be notified when background processing is finished. There is no additional cost to use WebJobs.
