I have an requirement to update table data from one source database to other database. The idea is not to drop and recreate objects as I may have some extra fields in the destination DB tables. Along with this if any extra objects available in the source that need to be created in the destination database.

This will avoid updating all objects if not required and avoid dropping extra fields in my destination.
