I have a list which contains two columns.
假设第1列是< Stage>和第2列是< Statue>
Let's say Column 1 is <Stage> and Column 2 is <Statue>

If I choose Inquiry in the stage, and then in Column 2, the Statue would show options <Prospect> and <Presentation>
