Where to download toolbox controls in Visual Studio 2017 Community for Mac.  Please help.

Welcome to the MSDN forum.

What is the project type?

For the .aspx/Web Forms files and the toolbox is not support, which means the empty Toolbox is be designed, please check this similar issue and sorry for this inconvenience.

For the Xamarin mobile app development and make sure you open the right files that described in this doc:

* For Android applications, Visual Studio for Mac includes its own designer, which works with Android .axml files to visually construct user interfaces.

* The iOS Designer is fully integrated with Visual Studio for Mac and enables visual editing of .xib and Storyboard files to create iOS, tvOS, and WatchOS UIs and transitions.
