In fact, the original author of the document who is Data Security Program Manager on the SQL Product team - Ronit Reger, gave a nice lecture on the topic several weeks ago, in the Global Hebrew Virtual Group of PASS (I am the leader of the group by the way,  which is why I remember it). Unfortunately (if you do not speak Hebrew), as the name implies this is a Hebrew group and the lecture was in Hebrew.
