In IE or Edge, when I go to portal.azure.com, I am automatically redirected to https://portal.azure.com/signin/index.  This screen is complete blank in IE and Edge.  In Firefox and Chrome, I am redirected to https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2..... where I see the normal Sign In screen.

This problem is isolated to one workstation.  On other machines, IE and Edge work as expected with Azure.

I have reset everything I can find in IE with no affect.  Any suggestions short of recreating my Windows profile on this machine would be greatly appreciated.
