Hey All,

I'm helping an old friend with deploying MFA in his Enterprise, with some of his end-users not having company-issued cell phones. Since they don't have company-issued cell phones, we're trying to setup their office lines with MFA (so when they authenticate, they get a phone call with the code), and that way they don't use their personal cell phones. However, when they receive the phone calls through their desk phones, we hear one word and it hangs up, and the O365-side says the MFA failed.

However, if I use this same feature and have it call a cell phone (like mine), it works perfectly fine. It just seems to affect the company phone system, with other calls coming in fine.

It is possible that the option for Office Phone for the user is not updated. You need to make sure that it is selected in the "Additional Security Verification" page.
