I recently installed the "visio add-in for WBS Modeler Fixed Install"  (32 bit) to use with Visio 2016.  The add-in seems to work correctly, in the sense that I can point it to a Project file, it reads the file, and shows a small window with a list of the WBS hierarchy.  However, when I click on "draw", I get the following error:
