Hello, I have a backup azure process on a prem server that is running the backup for few files and folder. During the process, it skipped one file (size of 2GB). Most likely the file has been skipped due that was in use from another process or application. When running again the job, the skipped file was uploaded correctly.

I assume you are using MAB agent to protect files and folders. If a file has been skipped, it should be a 'backup completed with warnings'. You can verify in the 'backup jobs' portal that the relevant backup should have appeared with that code. In the 'backup alerts' section, in the configure notifications screen, please select 'Warning' as well. This should deliver that alert.
