Thanks for asking: the Azure Machine Learning module does not support ARM processors, like mentioned on the prerequisites from the tutorial. I gave a quick look at Azure IoT Edge feedback hub and noticed that this feature is not yet asked there. Can I kindly ask you to open a new feedback item there? We will have product group prioritizing features based on the number of votes.
