Suddenly, when I go to, for instance, my newly created resource group, the overview page shows what it should (top half of page with name a subscription info) for a moment, then only "ResourceGroupMapBlade HubsExtension" and a cloud with what looks like a drip of water. It displays the same text for some other pages, but I don't remember the others at this time.

This is a brand new subscription I just signed up for and I was attempting to create a Network Security Group in the resource group. I cannot see what resources are in the resource group because of the above problem.

No idea what do do next.

On top of that, the support subjects/forums do not include portal problems, so I had to choose Azure Site Recovery for my forum. It fits about as well as any other forum name.

Have you used any other account previously? It could be related to cached credentials causing issues in your machine.
