1.打开Windows资源管理器，将以下位置之一复制并粘贴到地址栏中：

清除Office 2016的Office文档缓存

％ localappdata％\ Microsoft /\\Office\16.0 \ OfficeFileCache



清算Office 2013的Office文档缓存

％localappdata％\ Microsoft \Office\15.0 \OfficeFileCache



2.选择所有以'FS'开头的文件



3.删除这些文件



4.关闭Excel



您现在应该可以打开来自SharePoint的Excel文档

Hi, 

I have recently copied over a large amount of files to Sharepoint. 

For some reason, some excel files read as 'corrupt' on sharepoint and you cant open the file, but when you copy it back onto your C drive, they open fine.  

There are a few messages, being: 

'Sorry, we couldn't open x..

Microsoft Excel cannot access the file *** . Therr are several possible reasons: 
The file name or path does not exist. 
The file is being used by another program. 
the workbook you are trying to save has the same name as currently open workbook. 

also 

'the file is corrupt or damaged'

Can anyone shed some light on this. I've tried uploading via sharepoint webpage / mapped drive - neither is working for specific files. The excel files are fine and working, and they dont have any symbols in the file name.

Hello Kat,

Please follow below steps:
1. Open Windows Explorer and copy and paste one of the following locations into the address bar:
Clearing Office Document Cache for Office 2016
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache

Clearing Office Document Cache for Office 2013
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\15.0\OfficeFileCache

2. Select all files beginning with ‘FS’

3. Delete these files

4. Close Excel

You should now be able to open the Excel document from SharePoint
