I experienced no problems with the example you gave.

But anyway this is not the place to post these kind of issues, the chance that one of the site admins will see it is small.
Please move this to the Site Bugs / Suggestions[^] forum where the site admins will pick it up.

I tried the first article in your list, and clicked on the download.
It downloaded fine.
WinZip opened it fine, and I extracted all the files.
I didn't try the project (I don't need an HTTP server at the moment) but if it unzipped I'm sure it is fine.

So it works for me.
What am I doing that is different to you?
