Our organisation has recently started using the Azure AD.

In the Security > Users flagged for risk, we have a lot of records flagged as "Remediated".

We had to use the option "Dismiss all events" as the record was over 90 days old and held no useful information

Is there a way to filter out or remove these records in the Azure system.

Hello Steve,

Currently the UI does not have filtering capabilities. The product team is actively working on this and the new experience is available for customers who have Azure AD premium P2 licenses. 

If your tenant is eligible you should see a pink-coloured bar on top of your existing "users flagged for risk " report. This feature will be available in public preview soon and has the reporting capabilities you are looking for.
