I say macro, at least I think Debug is a C-like macro, because it doesn't seem to obey by the normal rules for objects (E.G. Cannot use CallByName(), VarPtr(), ... on Debug). I also noticed that CallByName() cannot be used on VBAProject for example, which might need clarification within the spec. Or does this information go elsewhere?
