Hello friends, I need your help.

Welcome to the MSDN forum.

Do you have free space on other driver or not? You can try to remove some folders (with a name composed of numbers) under D:\TFS, then use the TFS for several days, if the TFS works fine and which means those folders are not necessary, then you can delete them.

Since the TFS Database will become bigger in the future, it is better to extend the drive space, thank you for your understanding.
