So I've done my research here and reached the same conclusion as many that UWP without traditional IPC (server socket, memory mapped files, shared memory) neuters the huge UWP.  I want to know before investing in it myself whether MSFT plans on removing the IPC restrictions?

It's a pretty astonishing game plan by MSFT to bake these restrictions in instead of allowing people to choose them themselves.  Sure you have this secure platform, but no one is developing for it due to the restrictions!

Also UWP has its own App Service(about shared memory you can see this so answer) so can you tell us your scenario and your concern?
