Forgive me for being vague here but I've been away from programing for about a decade!

But when I developed my two websites back around 2009 , there was a way to open some other program from within Visual Studio which then allowed you to setup and define users and what they are allowed to do.

Now with the new VS 2019, things look different and I'm not sure where I look to open that feature. I forgot what its called or I'd do a search on it.

I hope someone knows what I'm talking about! :)

I just found an old video on youtube. So its called the asp.net website administration tool.  Is that still accessible from the new VS 2019?

That page was set to work with asp.net membership.   Membership as been replaced with identity providers.
