I've created an event trigger in DataFactory but its not executed when my blob file is being created.

If I click on 'Trigger now', everything execute correctly.

I only use alphanumerics for the trigger's name, pipeline and factory.

When I try to add the Event grid resource to my subscription, I only see the following: Event Grid Topics / Event Grid Subscriptions and Event Grid Domains.

I've tried to include those but the trigger still doesn't work.

Should I see an 'Event Grid' resource in the list ?

Anything else I could try ?

Hi Sylvain Dorion,

Thank you for your inquiry. 

Could you try "blobPathBeginsWith": "/store001/blobs/" (Note: This suggestion is based on assuming "store001" as your container name)

• A Blob path must begin with a container name enclosed by "/" and followed by "blobs/" segment as below
  

Example:  /containerName/blobs/

• Folder, subfolder and file name are optional but when specified they must appear after "/blobs/" segment as below.

Example: /containerName/blobs/folderName/fileName.txt

Additional Info:

To add "Microsoft.EventGrid" provider to your subscription: 

• Go to "Subscriptions", select your subscription, then click on "Resource Providers" under "Settings" panel, search for "Microsoft.EventGrid"  and then select it from the list and click on "Register". Once it is registered, you should be able to create Event Triggers in ADF.
