程序在手动运行时确实可以完美同步，但如果我每次都必须手动运行它，我不妨自己更换文件。

The program does sync flawlessly when ran manually but if I have to run it manually every time, I might as well replace the files myself.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this problem?   I have the same issue, but running on Windows Server 2012.  It runs fine in interactive mode, but fails with task scheduler.
