I have seen all the articles on web, but nothing seems to resolve my issue.

Someone plz help me out on this.

I am using debug mode, vs2010, .net 4 framework.

Whenever I get that message I simply do a Rebuild-All and it goes away, this is in MFC projects but will probably still work.
