Any lightswitch html app I try to run gives the following error. Even a simple browse screen. A previous app which worked previously also gives the error. Any ideas on how to fix ?

On further investigation I had 

为缓存压缩内容指定的目录C：\ Users \ xxx \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ iisexpress \ IIS临时压缩文件\ Clr4IntegratedAppPool无效。  正在禁用静态压缩。

The directory specified for caching compressed content C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Temp\iisexpress\IIS Temporary Compressed Files\Clr4IntegratedAppPool is invalid.  Static compression is being disabled.

I sorted this by clearing all the temp files.
