We've got a repository on TFS. I would like to create a new project online. How do I do that?

I know I can create a new repository online, but I don't know if that's the same as creating a new project. If possible, I'd prefer to create a new project in the same repository I'm currently using:



I don't want to create a new project in Visual Studio. I know this is the standard way of doing it--you create a new project in Visual Studio and get it to create a new repository in TFS--but in my case, I have an existing project connected to a GIT repository in BitBucket. I want to transfer the entire commit history and all changesets using the method described in this site here:

For that, I'll need to create a new project in TFS online, not Visual Studio, and then do the transfer. After that's done, then I will connect my existing project (on my local machine) to the online TFS project.
