目前我们正在将TFS 2015升级至TFS 2017，howerver，  我们的项目之一基于Silverlight，我们都知道Silverlight在Visual Studio 2017中不支持，但在VS 2015中，所以我想知道，如果Silverlight
可以在TFS 2017中编译/构建，而在2017年TFS中检查silverlight代码

解决方案

这取决于哪个版本的VS连接到TFS 2017， 据我所知，TFS 2017可以与VS2017和VS2015一起使用（并非所有TFS2017的新功能都可以使用）。

Currently we are upgrading TFS 2015 to TFS 2017, howerver, One of our project is based on Silverlight, we all know that silverlight is not supportable in Visual studio 2017 but in VS 2015, so i am wondering , if Silverlight could be compilalbe/built in TFS 2017 while silverlight code is checked in TFS 2017

解决方案

It depends which Version of VS is connected to TFS 2017,  as I know TFS 2017 could work with both VS2017 and VS2015(not all new features of TFS2017 could work).

So if you use VS2015 on the build agent machine, I think TFS 2017 could work with your project.
